MIND YOUR STEP WITH MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness, meditation, yoga and other ways to calm down and relax have been pushed as the solution to all problems related to stress at work and stress at home and should be carried out regularly so you don’t burn out and end up on Prozac and other chill-pills.

But does it work? Or is it just trendy? Perhaps you have tried it, and succeeded – making it a part of your routine to keep stress in check and generally feel happier? Or perhaps, you tried, and failed?

For me, a good session at the gym works wonders – it works as a kind of meditation. You can make many of your daily activities, hobbies and sports into a form of meditation. Find out what works for you to blow some steam and get your mind off work or whatever might be giving you a pain in the neck at any given time.
