So, let’s assume for a second we’re not living in “base reality”, but inside a computer simulation operated by us, or some other organism, entity or machine. Are phenomena like Déjà vu a problem with the program, or like they say in The Matrix – it happens when they (the machines) change something? Does it matter if we are living inside a computer program or not? Is ignorance bliss, like Cypher (evil guy who betrays the humans to the machines) in The Matrix says, or should we take steps to unravel the mystery of our existence, and crack the programming code?
