MEDITATION: BOOSTING YOUR INTELLIGENCE

Meditation is like going to the gym – you know you should be doing it, but it’s difficult to get off your butt sometimes. Just like you want a tighter butt, or six pack abs, you want to be smarter – right? Just Do It. You can do it at the gym, or at home, or in the office. Try it. Start with 5 minutes per day. Until we merge our brains with computers (around year 2035), this is your only shot at becoming more intelligent 🙂
